Most american Z come with a 18mm front sway bar. But the european version (except portuguese one) comes with a 22mm sway bar.

To be sure to order the good size, please check the size of your sway bar with a vernier caliper (you can allow an error of + or - 1mm due to the paint/dirt/rust/whatever).
